This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Korean version, the Korean version applies.

Thank you for using Looner Community (the "Service"). These terms set out the conditions for using the Service and the rights and responsibilities of the operator and members.

1. Definitions

  • A "member" is anyone who logs in with a Google, Kakao or Naver account or by email verification and uses the Service.
  • "Content" means anything a member posts to the Service, including posts, comments and photos.
  • The "operator" is the person who runs and manages the Service.

2. Effect and changes

These terms take effect when posted on the Service. The operator may change them within the limits of the law and will announce changes at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes that disadvantage members). If you do not agree to the changes, you may stop using the Service and close your account.

3. Accounts

  • You join by logging in and choosing a nickname.
  • You must be at least 14 years old to join.
  • Your account is for your use only, and you are responsible for keeping your login secure.
  • Nicknames that impersonate others or are misleading may be changed on request or restricted.

4. The Service

The Service provides community features such as posting, comments, photos, votes and search, free of charge. The operator may change or stop all or part of the Service and will announce important changes in advance, although urgent maintenance or outages may be announced afterwards.

5. Prohibited conduct

Members must not:

  • post illegal, sexually explicit, violent or hateful content;
  • post other people's writing, photos or other works without permission;
  • post other people's personal information, such as real names, contact details or face photos;
  • post ads or promotions, or spam the same content repeatedly;
  • impersonate the operator or other members;
  • disrupt the Service, for example by hacking it or creating posts or accounts with automated tools.

6. Rights and responsibility for content

You keep the copyright in your content. You allow the operator to use it free of charge to the extent needed to run the Service, such as displaying it and making it searchable; this permission ends when you delete the content. You are responsible for what you post.

7. Moderation

The operator may hide or delete content that violates these terms or the law without prior notice. When someone reports that their rights have been infringed, the content may be temporarily hidden as required by law.

8. Restrictions

If a member violates these terms, the operator may issue a warning or suspend the account temporarily or permanently.

9. Closing your account

You may ask to close your account at any time, and the operator will handle it promptly. Closing your account also deletes the posts and comments you made.

10. Limitation of liability

The Service is free. The operator is not responsible for losses caused by events outside its control, such as natural disasters or outages at service providers. Unless the operator acted intentionally or with gross negligence, it is not responsible for the accuracy of members' content or for disputes between members.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are resolved in the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.

Effective date

These terms take effect on September 29, 2026.
